    The location is very good near the m4 also not far from bowood house and gardens very nice the rooms have been done out very nice . The staff at the bell are very good and friendly

    We stayed over night last weekend as part of a football trip.
    The location is perfect,at the centre of a picturesque village,full of character,and close to Junction 17 of the M4. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. An excellent breakfast rounded off our stay,after a good nights sleep.There is ample parking,and well maintained grounds and gardens.
    The whole experience was very enjoyable,and I would definitely stay there again if I was looking for accommodation in the Chippenham area.

    Nice enough but sadly this once traditional coaching inn has been modernised beyond recognition. Service is good, the food is nice but it falls short on atmosphere mainly because of the stark decor.
